ASSEMBLY PROCESS

The pieces that make up the final or finished product are assembled in successive phases.

After the loading phases, assembly or quality test phases take place. At the end of the process, the pieces that do not meet all the requirements are automatically disposed.

Electromagnetic vibrating feeders supply the assembler with different components in row and a unique position. The quantity of feeders changes depending on the variety of pieces to be assembled.
